Good product/Excellent Customer service.
My product arrived in good condition and promptly. However all my coils of strapping were falling off the skid upon arrival. Upon investigation, it was the shipping companies poor material handling. Complete Packaging was very prompt to address my concerns and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Good customer service is hard to find.
