Free Shipping to Business Addresses
- Free shipping is available on qualifying product orders of $1,500 or more to eligible business addresses. The minimum excludes taxes and shipping charges.
- Residential addresses do not qualify for free shipping.
- Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, North Dakota, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, or other international destinations.
- If your order requires multiple shipments or drop shipments, only one shipment may qualify for free shipping. We will contact you about any additional shipping charges before processing your order.
Free Local Delivery and Warehouse Pickup
- Free local delivery is available on qualifying product orders of $500 or more to business addresses in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties, Michigan. The minimum excludes taxes and shipping charges.
- Free warehouse pickup is available at Complete Packaging Products, 2661 American Dr., Troy, MI 48083.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time may ship the same business day, subject to product availability and order processing.
- Orders requiring a freight quote will ship only after you approve the shipping charges.
Freight Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, and Wyoming
- For orders weighing more than 150 lbs., we will contact you with a freight quote after you place your order.
- For orders placed between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days, we will contact you within two hours of submission.
- For orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, we will contact you by the next business day.
- Your order will ship only after you approve the freight quote.
International Orders
- Orders shipped outside the United States do not qualify for free shipping.
- International shipments may incur brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and other import charges in addition to shipping costs.
- We will contact you before shipping to confirm shipping charges and any known additional fees for your approval. Additional charges assessed by the carrier or customs authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
