This 1" x .050" embossed polyester (PET) strapping is designed for heavy-duty applications requiring high tensile strength and minimal elongation. With a 2800 lb break strength, it provides excellent load stability for demanding industrial applications.

The embossed, unwaxed surface improves tensioning efficiency by reducing surface contact, allowing the strap to move more smoothly around loads. Compared to smooth strapping, embossed PET reduces wear on tools and minimizes buildup in tensioning equipment.

This results in more consistent sealing, improved joint efficiency, and reduced maintenance on strapping tools.
