How do I return an item?
Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return.
You must call for a RMA# prior to returning an item.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging within 30 days from original purchase. We recommend you keep your packaging for this reason.
If there’s an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.
We’ll refund your method of payment or replace your item after we receive the original item and it is examined for all parts, items, undamaged, etc.
Refunds will be prorated for any missing parts, pieces or damage.
Tools must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging unused. No refunds will be given on tools that show any usage or wear.
Defective tools will be repaired if within the manufacturer’s warranty period. This warranty does not cover normal wear or tool abuse, only manufacturer’s defects. Please call prior to shipping a tool for repair so we can verify if a tool is in the warranty period.
